Business lead data is sourced from publicly available information including: Google Places API (business listings), publicly accessible websites (via our web scraper), and Google PageSpeed Insights (performance metrics). We do not scrape private or password-protected content.

• Supabase — Database and authentication (data stored securely)
• Resend — Email delivery service
• Groq / AI — AI analysis (no personal data sent to AI models)
• Google APIs — Business data and performance metrics
• Serper — Google search API for competitor analysis

6. Email Compliance (CAN-SPAM / GDPR)

All outreach emails sent through Cloutly include:

• A clear unsubscribe link in every email
• Our physical mailing address
• Accurate sender information and subject lines
• Prompt honoring of unsubscribe requests (within 24 hours)

Recipients who unsubscribe are added to a suppression list and will never be contacted again through our platform.

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Lead data is retained indefinitely unless you request deletion. You may request deletion of your data by emailing ankit@cloutly.space.

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management via Supabase. We do not use third-party advertising cookies. Analytics data is collected server-side and does not involve browser tracking cookies.
